Informativa sulla privacy

La protezione dei suoi dati personali è importante per noi. Di seguito la informiamo, ai sensi del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 (GDPR) e del Codice italiano in materia di protezione dei dati personali (D.Lgs. 196/2003, come modificato dal D.Lgs. 101/2018), sul trattamento dei suoi dati su questo sito.

2. Hosting

Questo sito è ospitato su Firebase Hosting (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). All'accesso al sito vengono trattati, nei file di log del server, dati tecnicamente necessari (ad es. indirizzo IP, data e ora, pagina richiesta, tipo di browser). La base giuridica è il nostro legittimo interesse a un funzionamento sicuro e stabile (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f GDPR).

3. Contatto

Quando ci scrive tramite il modulo di contatto, i dati indicati (nome, e-mail, messaggio) vengono trattati per gestire la sua richiesta. L'invio del modulo avviene tramite il fornitore Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA). La base giuridica è l'art. 6, par. 1, lett. b ed f GDPR. In alternativa può contattarci direttamente via e-mail o telefono.

4. Libro degli ospiti / recensioni

Se lascia un messaggio nel libro degli ospiti, il nome indicato e il messaggio vengono memorizzati e mostrati pubblicamente sul sito. La memorizzazione avviene tramite il Firebase Realtime Database (Google). La base giuridica è il suo consenso mediante l'invio del messaggio (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a GDPR). La preghiamo di non inserire dati sensibili. Su richiesta cancelliamo il suo messaggio.

5. Cookie e memorizzazione locale

Utilizziamo una memorizzazione locale (localStorage) tecnicamente necessaria per la scelta della lingua, il carrello e il salvataggio del suo consenso ai cookie. Questi elementi sono necessari al funzionamento del sito (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f GDPR) e non possono essere disattivati.

I servizi di analisi (vedere punto 6) vengono caricati esclusivamente con il suo consenso. Può revocare o modificare il consenso in qualsiasi momento tramite il link «Impostazioni cookie» nel footer.

6. Servizi di analisi (solo con consenso)

Se acconsente, utilizziamo i seguenti servizi per comprendere l'utilizzo del sito e migliorarlo (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a GDPR):

Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited): vengono trattati dati d'uso pseudonimi; l'indirizzo IP è anonimizzato.
Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation): vengono rilevati, tra l'altro, clic, comportamento di scorrimento e interazioni con le pagine per analizzare l'usabilità.

Questi servizi impostano cookie o caricano script solo dopo il suo consenso. Senza consenso non vengono caricati.

7. Contenuti di terzi integrati

Google Maps (pagina Contatti): al caricamento della mappa Google può trattare il suo indirizzo IP.
Google Fonts e Font Awesome (Cloudflare cdnjs): per la visualizzazione di font e icone, all'apertura della pagina il suo indirizzo IP viene trasmesso ai rispettivi fornitori.
Cloudinary: le immagini della galleria vengono distribuite tramite il servizio Cloudinary.

8. Destinatari in Paesi terzi

Alcuni dei servizi citati (ad es. Google, Microsoft, Formspree, Cloudinary) possono trattare dati in Paesi al di fuori dell'UE (in particolare negli USA). Il trasferimento avviene sulla base di garanzie adeguate (ad es. clausole contrattuali standard dell'UE o EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

9. Periodo di conservazione

Conserviamo i dati personali solo per il tempo necessario alle rispettive finalità o previsto da obblighi di legge. I messaggi del libro degli ospiti restano memorizzati fino a un'eventuale cancellazione su richiesta.

10. I suoi diritti

Lei ha il diritto di accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione del trattamento, portabilità dei dati e opposizione. Può revocare in qualsiasi momento i consensi prestati, con effetto per il futuro. Ha inoltre il diritto di presentare reclamo a un'autorità di controllo (in Italia: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).

Per esercitare i suoi diritti è sufficiente un messaggio informale a solderer.werner@rolmail.net.

Diese Website wird bei Firebase Hosting (Google Ireland Limited bzw. Google LLC) gehostet. Beim Aufruf der Website werden technisch notwendige Zugriffsdaten (z. B. IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Seite, Browsertyp) in Server-Logfiles verarbeitet. Rechtsgrundlage ist unser berechtigtes Interesse an einem sicheren und stabilen Betrieb (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

3. Kontaktaufnahme

Wenn Sie uns über das Kontaktformular schreiben, werden die von Ihnen angegebenen Daten (Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Nachricht) zur Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage verarbeitet. Der Versand des Formulars erfolgt über den Dienstleister Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA). Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und lit. f DSGVO. Sie können uns alternativ direkt per E-Mail oder Telefon kontaktieren.

4. Gästebuch / Bewertungen

Wenn Sie einen Gästebuch-Eintrag hinterlassen, werden Ihr angegebener Name und Ihre Nachricht gespeichert und öffentlich auf der Website angezeigt. Die Speicherung erfolgt über die Firebase Realtime Database (Google). Rechtsgrundlage ist Ihre Einwilligung durch das Absenden des Eintrags (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Bitte geben Sie keine sensiblen Daten an. Auf Wunsch löschen wir Ihren Eintrag.

5. Cookies und lokale Speicherung

Wir verwenden technisch notwendige lokale Speicherung (localStorage) für die Sprachauswahl, den Warenkorb und die Speicherung Ihrer Cookie-Einwilligung. Diese sind für den Betrieb der Website erforderlich (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO) und können nicht deaktiviert werden.

Analyse-Dienste (siehe Punkt 6) werden ausschließlich mit Ihrer Einwilligung geladen. Sie können Ihre Einwilligung jederzeit über den Link „Cookie-Einstellungen" im Footer widerrufen oder anpassen.

7. Eingebundene Inhalte Dritter

Google Maps (Kontaktseite): Beim Laden der Karte kann Google Ihre IP-Adresse verarbeiten.
Google Fonts und Font Awesome (Cloudflare cdnjs): Zur Darstellung von Schriften/Symbolen wird beim Seitenaufruf Ihre IP-Adresse an die jeweiligen Anbieter übermittelt.
Cloudinary: Galeriebilder werden über den Bilddienst Cloudinary ausgeliefert.

8. Empfänger in Drittländern

Einige der genannten Dienste (z. B. Google, Microsoft, Formspree, Cloudinary) können Daten in Ländern außerhalb der EU (insbesondere den USA) verarbeiten. Die Übermittlung erfolgt auf Grundlage geeigneter Garantien (z. B. EU-Standardvertragsklauseln bzw. EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

9. Speicherdauer

Wir speichern personenbezogene Daten nur so lange, wie es für die jeweiligen Zwecke erforderlich ist oder gesetzliche Aufbewahrungsfristen dies vorsehen. Gästebuch-Einträge bleiben bis zu einer Löschung auf Wunsch gespeichert.

10. Ihre Rechte

Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit sowie Widerspruch. Erteilte Einwilligungen können Sie jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen. Zudem haben Sie das Recht, sich bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren (in Italien: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).

If you write to us via the contact form, the data you provide (name, email address, message) is processed to handle your enquiry. The form is sent via the service provider Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Alternatively, you may contact us directly by email or phone.

4. Guestbook / reviews

If you leave a guestbook entry, the name you provide and your message are stored and shown publicly on the website. Storage is handled via the Firebase Realtime Database (Google). The legal basis is your consent by submitting the entry (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Please do not enter sensitive data. We will delete your entry on request.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use technically necessary local storage (localStorage) for the language selection, the shopping cart and saving your cookie consent. These are required for the site to function (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and cannot be disabled.

Analytics services (see point 6) are loaded only with your consent. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

If you consent, we use the following services to understand and improve how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR):

Google Fonts and Font Awesome (Cloudflare cdnjs): to display fonts/icons, your IP address is transmitted to the respective providers when the page loads.
Cloudinary: gallery images are delivered via the Cloudinary image service.

8. Recipients in third countries

Some of the services mentioned (e.g. Google, Microsoft, Formspree, Cloudinary) may process data in countries outside the EU (in particular the USA). Transfers take place on the basis of appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

9. Retention period

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention periods. Guestbook entries remain stored until deleted on request.

10. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
