Il vostro miele è grezzo e naturale?
Sì. Il nostro miele è puro e non filtrato, raccolto con cura dalle nostre api con metodi di apicoltura
naturali e sostenibili. Non viene aggiunto nulla.
Perché il miele si è cristallizzato e come va conservato?
La cristallizzazione è del tutto naturale per il miele puro ed è un segno di qualità, non di
deterioramento. Conserva il miele a temperatura ambiente, lontano dalla luce diretta del sole. Per
renderlo di nuovo liquido, scalda delicatamente il vasetto a bagnomaria (non oltre ~40°C, così da
preservare gli enzimi naturali).
Il miele è adatto ai neonati?
Il miele non va dato ai bambini di età inferiore ai 12 mesi, come precauzione contro il botulismo
infantile. Per tutti gli altri può essere consumato normalmente.

Wir sind eine kleine, private Imkerei in Südtirol / Alto Adige. Abholung und Übergabe vor Ort sind die
üblichen Möglichkeiten; melden Sie sich, und wir finden den besten Weg, Ihnen die Produkte zukommen zu
lassen.
Wie bezahle ich?
Die Bezahlung wird direkt mit uns bei der Bestellung oder Abholung vereinbart. Die verfügbaren
Möglichkeiten teilen wir Ihnen bei der Kontaktaufnahme mit.
Wo befinden Sie sich?

Ist Ihr Honig roh und natürlich?
Ja. Unser Honig ist rein und ungefiltert, mit Sorgfalt von unseren eigenen Bienen geerntet – mit
naturnahen, nachhaltigen Imkermethoden. Es wird nichts hinzugefügt.
Warum ist mein Honig kristallisiert und wie lagere ich ihn?
Kristallisation ist bei reinem Honig völlig natürlich und ein Zeichen von Qualität, nicht von
Verderb. Lagern Sie Honig bei Raumtemperatur und vor direkter Sonne geschützt. Um ihn wieder flüssig zu
machen, erwärmen Sie das Glas sanft im warmen Wasserbad (nicht über ~40°C, damit die natürlichen Enzyme
erhalten bleiben).
Ist Honig für Babys geeignet?
Honig sollte Kindern unter 12 Monaten nicht gegeben werden – als Vorsichtsmaßnahme gegen den
Säuglingsbotulismus. Für alle Älteren kann er wie gewohnt genossen werden.

Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?
We are a small, private beekeeping operation in South Tyrol / Alto Adige. Pickup and local handover are
the usual options; get in touch and we will find the best way to get the products to you.
How do I pay?
Payment is arranged directly with us when you order or collect your products. We will let you know the
available options when you contact us.
Where are you located?
Wenny's Honey is based in South Tyrol / Alto Adige, Italy. The exact handover location is arranged
individually when you order.
Is your honey raw and natural?
Yes. Our honey is pure and unfiltered, harvested with care from our own bees using natural, sustainable
beekeeping methods. Nothing is added.
Why has my honey crystallised, and how should I store it?
Crystallisation is completely natural for pure honey and is a sign of quality, not spoilage. Store
honey at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. To make it liquid again, gently warm the jar in a
warm water bath (not above ~40°C, so the natural enzymes are preserved).
Is honey safe for babies?
Honey should not be given to children under 12 months of age, as a precaution against infant botulism.
For everyone older, it can be enjoyed as usual.
